Shipping Policy

Order Processing

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–5 business days. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on third-party logistics providers.

TAO ships on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

• Please ensure your shipping address, e-mail, phone number, and any special instructions are accurate.

• Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delayed delivery.


Shipping Information

We offer international shipping — shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Free shipping within the UAE (no code required).

  • Orders are typically shipped by Aramex. Only in special cases we might ship local orders with other delivery agents like Jeebly.

Please note that the delivery time table below reflects estimated transit times provided by Aramex.


Shipping Responsibility & Damaged Parcels

Once your order has left our warehouse, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the shipping carrier. We are not liable for packages that are lost or stolen during transit or after delivery.

If this occurs, we kindly ask you to submit a claim directly through the courier’s website. Should the courier be unable to resolve the issue, please contact us at hello@taowearing.com.

If your TAO package arrives damaged or incomplete due to shipping, please:

  1. Take clear photos of the shipping box,

  2. The TAO products,

  3. And their outer cardboard packaging.

Kindly email these images to hello@taowearing.com within 5 business days of receiving your order so we can assist you further.


Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled after confirmation.

If you wish to request a cancellation before your order has shipped, please contact Customer Service at hello@taowearing.com.

Please note:

  • Cancellation requests are not guaranteed.

  • Our customer service team will inform you whether your cancellation has been successful.

  • Once an order has been placed and processed by our warehouse, cancellations or modifications are no longer possible.

  • We cannot be held responsible for inaccuracies in the shipping address provided by the customer.
