Return Policy

To request a return or exchange, please email hello@taowearing.com or contact us via WhatsApp within 14 days of delivery. Kindly include your order number, full name, and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. Please note that return costs have to be paid by the customer at the moment.

Our team will respond within 48 business hours (GST) with the next steps (weekends excluded).

Return Conditions

Items will only be accepted if they meet the following requirements:

  • Items are in their original, unused condition
  • All tags remain attached
  • Garments are unworn, unwashed, and unstained (including makeup, pet hair, perfume, deodorant, etc.)

Our returns department reserves the right to refuse any item that does not meet these conditions. If a return is declined, the item will only be sent back to the customer once the full re-shipping fee has been paid.


How do I return an order from inside or outside the UAE?

If you would like to return an item, please follow these steps:

  • Send an email to hello@taowearing.com or contact us via WhatsApp
  • Include your full name, order number (as shown in your order confirmation email), and the item(s) you wish to return
  • Our team will confirm whether your return is eligible

If your return is approved:

  • We will book the return shipment for you and send you the shipping label
  • Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging 
  • Attach the return label to the parcel
  • Ship the parcel to the following return address:

Once we receive the item and confirm it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund.

Returns must be sent within 14 days of receiving your order to qualify for a refund and to avoid additional charges.


Refund Processing 

Once your return has been processed, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect on your bank statement.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a store credit will be issued instead. This credit will be valid for 1 year from the date of purchase, and a notification will be sent to the email address used to place the order.


Defective or Incorrect Items 

  • Defective items must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

  • If not reported within this timeframe, the return will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.

  • If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

In such cases, we will arrange and cover the cost of a replacement or issue store credit.


Exchange Policy

Need another size? You can exchange your item free by sending us an email to hello@taowearing.com The costs of exchanging items must be covered by the customers. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
