Orders & Returns
How can I check the status of my order?

Can I cancel my order?
Orders may only be cancelled before they leave our warehouse. To request a cancellation, please email hello@taowearing.com for confirmation. Once an order is being processed, we cannot guarantee that it can be stopped.
Can I make changes to my order or shipping address?
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the details. If you need to adjust the style, color, size, or delivery address, please contact us at hello@taowearing.com with the updated information before your parcel is dispatched.
Will I need to pay duties or taxes?
For selected countries, duties and taxes are calculated automatically at checkout. In some regions, however, these fees must be paid upon delivery. Please note that carriers may hold the parcel until the required charges are settled.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, unaltered, and returned in their original condition with tags and packaging intact. For full details, please see our return policy.
For exchanges, email hello@taowearing.com or message us on WhatsApp at +971 50 554 0931 with the item you’d like to exchange. Our team will guide you through the process.
When will my refund be processed?
If you cancel your order before it ships, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3 days.
For returned items, please allow up to 10 business days after the parcel is marked as delivered for processing. You’ll receive an email once your refund has been completed. If you haven’t seen the refund after this timeframe, contact us at hello@taowearing.com.
Shipping & Tracking
Do you offer free shipping?
Shipping options vary depending on your location and selected items. Within the UAE, we offer free delivery on all orders.
Do you ship internationally?

How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on your location and typically range between 2 and 30 days. For more precise estimates, please review the shipping details provided on our website.
How can I track my shipment?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking email. If you haven’t received it, please contact hello@taowearing.com so we can assist you.
Why hasn’t my order arrived within the estimated timeframe?
We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. However, delivery timelines are estimates and rely on third-party carriers. Delays due to circumstances beyond our control cannot be the responsibility of TAO.
What should I do if my parcel is lost or stolen?
If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact us at hello@taowearing.com. We will do our best to assist and help resolve the matter.

Why was my payment declined?
Please double-check that your card and billing details were entered correctly. If the issue continues, we recommend contacting your bank directly. You may also email hello@taowearing.com for further support.

Can I reuse my discount code if I return an item?
Discount codes are valid for one-time use only. If an item purchased with a discount code is returned, the code cannot be reused and any earned points from that purchase will be removed.
Can I combine multiple discount codes?
Only one promotion can be applied per order, including automatic or loyalty discounts. Unfortunately, discounts cannot be adjusted after an order is placed. We suggest saving additional codes for future purchases.

How do I choose the right size?
You can refer to our size chart for general guidance. For personalized recommendations, contact us via email or online chat with your height, weight, bust, waist, hip measurements, and the items you’re interested in. Our team will gladly assist you.
The item I want is sold out — when will it restock?
Restock information is usually mentioned in the product description on our website. For additional confirmation, feel free to email us at hello@taowearing.com.
